I received a pair of sunglasses here for my birthday in August and loved them. On October 8th the ear piece broke off and i frantically called them asking about warranties. They said bring the glasses and the receipe in to the store , and that they close at 6pm. So i rushed there but unfortunately it was 6:04pm and the door were locked. But the woman working saw me and asked if she could help me , and i told her how they broke. She handed me an exact replica and had me out and on my way in about 2 minutes. If thats not great customer service i dont know what is.
